Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No outside food or drinks will be allowed — we’ll offer ample food and drink options at the festival.
What is the venue’s water policy? Is it free? Can I get refills?
There are water fountains at The Fillmore and water will be provided free of charge from all venue bars.
Where can we redeem our drink tickets?
There are multiple bars throughout the venue where you’ll be able to redeem your drink ticket.
I want to capture photos and videos for social and/or memories. What’s allowed?
We welcome capturing photos and videos, but please be mindful of others as you do this. Working staff may not consent to being filmed, so keep the focus on the food and fun. Is parking available?
Parking is included at no charge, subject to availability at the following lots: 85 Richmond Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125 1025 N Front Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123 Additional complimentary parking may be provided. Check back for details closer to the event date. There is also limited street parking and nearby paid lots are available.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The event is indoors at The Fillmore.
Will there be a coat check?
Yes, there will be a complimentary coat check at the venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, The Fillmore is ADA-accessible on a first-come, first-served basis. For help with accommodations, please reach out to: Fillmore Special Events Department at: fillmorephillyevents@livenation.com or by calling 215-309-0166 at least seven business days in advance of the event.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are permitted. However, service animals with proper identification are welcome.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Both are not allowed inside the venue. There will be a designated smoking section outside the venue.
