The Inquirer Food Fest Text Survey Sweepstakes runs from November 15, 2025, 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) through November 17, 2025, 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and is organized, operated, and sponsored by The Philadelphia Inquirer, LLC, the publisher of The Philadelphia Inquirer, the Philadelphia Daily News, and Inquirer.com. This Sweepstakes is open to The Inquirer’s 2025 Food Fest.

To enter, text FEST (267) 651-9844, fill out the required information, complete the survey and submit the entry form on Inquirer.com. All entries must be received by The Philadelphia Inquirer no later than November 17, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”). No photocopies or other means of entry will be considered valid. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered entries. Upon receipt, entries become the property of The Philadelphia Inquirer. 

There will be one prize, consisting of a $250.00 gift card to a restaurant in the Philadelphia area. The Winner will be selected by random drawing on November 24, 2025 and The Philadelphia Inquirer will notify the winner by email on or before December 2, 2025. 

By entering, you allow The Philadelphia Inquirer to use your name, address for mailing-list purposes, and your telephone number and e-mail address for marketing purposes. Each winner(s) grants The Philadelphia Inquirer the right to use his, her or their name, voice and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. Each Winner(s) will be required to sign a statement of eligibility, and may also be required to sign a liability release, as a condition to prize delivery.

Winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being notified by email. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited No substitution of prizes.
